LEADERSHIP
Goals:

Consolidate District Governance and District Leadership succession plan.

Communication plan to enhance internal/external interaction.

Enhance Club leadership succession plan.Strategy:

Complete leadership team and enhance leadership succession plan.

Create a communication committee.

Each club should have a three-year leadership succession plan.MEMBERSHIPGoals:

Net increase of 100 members (at least 2/club by 6/30/14).

Increase membership engagement and fellowship (at least 1 activity/club).

100% membership goals/plan completed in 2013.

Increase attendance to District functions by 10%.Strategy:

100 days 100 new members challenge.

Club membership plan written down/club.
-
At least 1 activity to attract and/or retain Rotarians in each Club.

Include diversity of membership (create a Diversity Committee).

Membership Regional Roundtable (May/June 2013) and District Membership Seminar (9/11/13).

Charter 2 new clubs.

Collective induction of PE, AG, AMC, AFC and District Chairs (Family of Rotary).ENHANCE PUBLIC IMAGEGoals:
